New Year's Resolution

Commitment that an individual makes to a project or the reforming of a habit, often a lifestyle change that is generally interpreted as advantageous. The name comes from the fact that these commitments normally go into effect on New Year's Day and remain until fulfilled or abandoned.

And too, i shall have my super late New Year's Resolution for this year, though through Wekipedia, it stated that only 12% of those who had New Year's Resolution achieve successfully when there are 52% of them being confident that they will fulfill their New Year's resolution.

And, MEN tend to achieve their resolution 22% more often as compared to the opposite gender, PROUD to say that!

Eat lesser nuts!

Control my eating habit

Restrict my diet

Find a effective lose fats diet

Lose fats

Lose weight

Grow stronger than before

Happy than the year before

Stay smart

Well self-disciplined

Look smart

GPA,GPA!

I know its hard to fulfill all of that in a short time, but still, i will work hard.

strive hard, hard, and even harder.

Life in 2008 isn't bad, isn't real bad,

hopefully, this year will be a better one =D
